Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter and 10 oz marshmallows. Stir continuously until fully melted.
  • Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder until a rich chocolate syrup forms.
  • Fold in 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into 12-16 bars and serve.

Notes

Use fresh marshmallows for best texture
Grease hands/spatula to prevent sticking
Try Dutch-processed cocoa for a deeper flavor
Add mini chocolate chips for extra chocolate
