Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until mixed
  • Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside
  • Let rest briefly then serve with preferred accompaniments
