Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Toss berries with 1/4 cup sugar, let rest 10 minutes
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 3/4 cup sugar
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter with milk and add to dry ingredients, stirring until combined
  • Pour berry mixture into greased 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Spoon cobbler batter over berries, spreading to cover
  • Bake 35 minutes until golden brown and topping is set
  • Cool 5 minutes before serving warm

Use fresh berries for best texture
Thaw and drain frozen berries slightly to prevent sogginess
