Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup pasta (rotini or penne), cooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Combine cooked chicken, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if using
  • Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving

Use rotisserie chicken or stovetop-cooked breasts for time efficiency
