Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium heat
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; sear 3-4 minutes per side
  • Arrange broccoli florets around chicken in the skillet
  • Mix heavy cream and half the shredded Swiss cheese; pour over chicken and broccoli
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs (if using) over the top
  • Bake 35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken in garlic and herbs before searing
