Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
  • Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  • Sear chicken skin-side down for 5 minutes per side until golden brown
  • Remove thighs and set aside
  • Add heavy cream to skillet, stir to combine
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese, thyme, basil, and adjust seasoning if needed
  • Simmer sauce 2-3 minutes until thickened
  • Return chicken thighs to skillet and spoon sauce over them
  • Bake 35 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C)
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley
