Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine cooked chicken, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked rice, and garlic and onion powders in a mixing bowl.
  • If desired, fold in broccoli florets.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
