Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Trim excess fat from ribs
  • Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt
  • Rub seasoning mixture onto ribs
  • Place ribs in slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce over them
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours
  • Remove ribs and let rest before serving
