Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil.
  • Place chicken breasts in the cooker and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add sliced mushrooms over the chicken.
  • Pour chicken broth around the chicken and mushrooms.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, shred the chicken and return it to the cooker.
  • Stir in sour cream until blended. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
