Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 cups fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Combine sliced strawberries and peaches with granulated sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Mix rolled oats, flour, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for best results.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Add cinnamon or chopped nuts to the topping for extra flavor.
For gluten-free: use certified gluten-free oats and flour.
Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days.
