Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup honey garlic sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, cubed chicken, honey garlic sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully coated
  • Add broccoli florets (if using)
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top
  • Bake for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden
  • Let cool slightly, then garnish with green onions (if using)
