Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts
  • Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F)
  • Let rest before slicing and garnish with parsley
