Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add olive oil
  • Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook 5-7 minutes until done
  • Push chicken to one side, sauté garlic 30 seconds
  • Add broccoli, soy sauce, and honey, stir-fry 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp
  • Serve immediately with rice or noodles if desired
