Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  • Flip and cook another 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Mix 3 tbsp honey with 2 tbsp Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture over chicken in the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Check chicken reaches 165°F temperature. Remove from heat.
  • Serve, drizzling residual sauce over chicken.

Notes

Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing for enhanced juiciness
Marinate in honey and mustard for 1 hour beforehand for deeper flavor
