  • 2 lb beef roast
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients by peeling and cutting carrots and potatoes.
