  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
  • Prepare the breading station: In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg, ensuring full coating
