Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan. Pour half the garlic butter over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange asparagus around chicken. Drizzle remaining garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and asparagus is tender.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
