Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use freshly cooked pasta for the best texture, but leftover pasta works too. If the Alfredo sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it up. For extra flavor, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top before baking. Let the dish rest for a few minutes after baking to allow the flavors to meld. Use a mix of cheeses like provolone or cheddar for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
