  • 1 lb Juicy marinated steak Marinate with your choice of marinade for added flavor.
  • 2 ears Grilled corn Grill until slightly charred.
  • 4 cups Crisp greens (such as arugula or mixed greens) Use your favorite greens.
  • 4 oz Tangy gorgonzola cheese Can substitute with feta if necessary.
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze Drizzle over the salad.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to your preference.

Preparation

  • Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes with your choice of marinade.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
  • While the steak is resting, grill the corn until it is slightly charred, then cut the kernels off the cob.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, combine the crisp greens, grilled corn, and sliced steak.
  • Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.

Notes

For the best taste, serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, keeping dressing separate until ready to eat. Best eaten within 1-2 days.
