Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for better mixing.
  • 1 cup feta cheese Crumbled, can swap with goat cheese.

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic Minced.

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook your favorite pasta according to package instructions.

Mixing Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.

Preparing Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.

Notes
