Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, marinated Make sure to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

For the Rice

  • 1 cup rice Use white or brown rice as per preference.

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup yogurt Greek yogurt works best for a creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.

Cooking

  • Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked, then slice it.

Assembling

  • Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, place the sliced chicken on top, and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  • Add optional toppings like diced tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese, if desired.

Notes
