  • 200 g noodles (your choice) You can use rice noodles or whole wheat noodles for variety.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Can be substituted with more vegetable oil if unavailable.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped green onions Sprinkle on top for freshness.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet, pour in sesame oil, and toss until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

To store, let it cool down to room temperature, then place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Reheat before serving. For added heat, consider adding red pepper flakes when cooking the chicken.
