Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 piece bell pepper, diced Any color bell pepper can be used
  • 1 piece zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen

Cooking Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.

Cooking Vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli; sauté until tender, about 5-6 minutes.

Finishing the Dish

  • Return chicken to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your one-pan meal!

Notes

This dish is best served hot right out of the skillet. Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand or add lemon juice or cheese before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
