Instructions
 

Cooking Fettuccine

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside.

Making Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and dried basil, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing to combine with the sauce.
  • Toss in the cooked fettuccine until well coated.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm on a nice plate with sides like salad or garlic bread. For extra flavor, sprinkle more Parmesan or parsley on top. To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
