Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the creamy green sauce

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro Use fresh for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • 1 each jalapeño (optional) Adjust based on spice preference

Instructions
 

Marinating the Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Chicken

  • Preheat the grill on high heat.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Preparing the Creamy Green Sauce

  • While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy green sauce by blending cilantro, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, and jalapeño (if using) in a food processor until smooth.
