  • 1 cup Corn Fresh or frozen works well.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika For added flavor.

Notes
