Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm.
