  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Ensure the chicken is juicy and fully cooked.
  • 200 g ramen noodles Adjust cooking time according to package instructions.
  • 4 cups chicken broth Can be replaced with vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced Customize with other vegetables if desired.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish Optional topping.

Cooking

  • In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • While the noodles are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine everything.
  • Serve in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnished with green onions.

Notes

This dish can be served with extra toppings like chili flakes, sesame seeds, or additional green onions. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
