Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Springer Mountain Farms chicken breast portions cut into 4 oz portions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for coating chicken and air fryer basket

Seasoning

  • 0.75 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.75 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika.
  • Add olive oil to the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and rub it in well to cover all sides.
  • Brush the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Remove any chicken that reaches 165°F. Return any undercooked pieces to the air fryer and continue cooking in 3-minute intervals until fully cooked.

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure that the chicken cooks evenly. If you like a little heat, add some cayenne pepper or chili powder to the seasoning mix. Let the chicken rest after cooking to keep it juicy.
