Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk Marinate chicken in buttermilk for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

For the seasoning

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Adjust for spice preference.

For cooking

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil Used for spraying the chicken before air frying.

Preparation

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  • Mix flour and spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper) in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken in flour mixture.
  • Spray chicken with oil.

Cooking

  • Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for 8 more minutes.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
