Cooking Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Reduce heat and fold in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Final Assembly

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  • Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
