  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add fresh basil and return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the chicken with the creamy sauce over rice or pasta.

Notes

Make sure to season the chicken well for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
