  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the chicken.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely, then place it in an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you’re ready to eat, reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. You can also freeze the leftovers for up to 2-3 months.
