  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Add butter to the skillet and once melted, add the chicken breasts. Sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve Garlic Butter Chicken with a side of rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Can also be paired with a fresh salad. The garlic butter sauce goes well drizzled over pasta.
