  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Steamed until tender
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For seasoning the salmon

Spicy Mayo Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust for desired spiciness
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Garnish

  • to taste Sesame seeds For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Cook salmon for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  • In the meantime, steam broccoli until tender.

Making Spicy Mayo

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.

Assembly

  • Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by broccoli and salmon on top.
  • Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep spicy mayo separate until ready to eat.
