  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or spray
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional) Optional for added flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Pat chicken dry and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with ranch mix, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs (or pork rinds) and Parmesan cheese if using.

Cooking

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Air fry the chicken for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for an hour before cooking. Make sure to pat the chicken dry for the best crispiness. If you like it spicy, add some cayenne pepper to the ranch seasoning mix. Experiment with different types of breadcrumbs for a unique texture.
