Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, shredded mozzarella, crushed red pepper, and smoked paprika.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Coat each piece generously with the creamy mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Optionally, squeeze a little lemon juice over the top before serving for added brightness.

Notes

For a crispier top, consider broiling the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the chicken should reach 165°F (75°C). Experiment with different cheese varieties for unique flavors.
