  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add honey, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and heavy cream; stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the skillet; simmer for another 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm over rice or pasta.

Notes

Serve warm over rice or pasta. For storage, let the chicken cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat, adding broth or cream if too thick. Adjust sweetness with honey to taste.
