  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Can experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast using a spatula for maximum flavor.

Cooking

  • Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked through (juices should run clear when pierced).
  • Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispy topping, broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. To store leftovers, place the chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
