  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Make sure they are patted dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Can substitute with dried basil, oregano, and thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Drizzle on top before baking

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Baking

  • Place the chicken in the baking dish and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each breast.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Sprinkle with extra parsley before serving.

Notes

This creamy chicken is versatile and pairs well with many side dishes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
