  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the parsley, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken to prevent dryness. Optional: Let the chicken marinate in the butter mixture for an hour before baking for extra flavor. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
