  • 6 tbsp creamy caesar dressing
  • 6 oz provolone cheese (sliced)
  • 1 cup caesar style croutons
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, arrange the thin chicken breasts in a single layer.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the creamy caesar dressing evenly over the chicken.
  • Place slices of provolone cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the caesar style croutons over the cheese.
  • Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven paired with a side salad, steamed vegetables, rice, or pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in caesar dressing beforehand and add croutons right before serving.
