  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional) Use according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • If using, sprinkle fresh herbs on top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy. You can marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices for an hour before baking for extra flavor. Experiment with different herbs and spices according to your taste. To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the chicken for up to 3 months.
