Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika or Italian seasoning (if using).

Baking

  • Coat each chicken breast evenly in the mixture, making sure to cover all sides.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • The chicken should be cooked through and very tender.

Notes

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness to ensure they cook evenly. For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the mixture for a few hours before baking. If you want a crispy topping, broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking.
