  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking tortillas.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Toppings

  • Lettuce Shredded.

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  • Shred the chicken once cooked and mix it with some cooking juices.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Place the tortillas in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on one half of each tortilla.
  • Add the shredded chicken on top of the cheese, fold the tortilla, and cook until each side is golden and crispy.
