  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved Chop into similar sizes for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust for sweetness according to taste.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets Optional, can add for more nutrition.
  • Chopped fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine kielbasa, baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix together until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet or roasting pan.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • If using, add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir everything together. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is caramelized.
  • Remove the pan from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes

This dish can be served with a side salad or crusty bread for a more balanced meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
