Preparation

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.

Notes
