  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked and seasoned ground beef
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional) Use if desired

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the seasoned ground beef, crispy tater tots, shredded cheese, and diced onions.
  • Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spoon a generous portion of the filling onto the lower third of the tortilla.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your cozy dinner!

Notes
