  • 1 pound ground beef *see notes
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup.
  • Place the mixture into a greased bread loaf pan or form it into a loaf shape on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread the remaining ketchup over the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.
  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice the meatloaf into thick pieces and serve it warm, paired with mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, or a salad.
  • Drizzle extra ketchup or your favorite sauce on top for added flavor.

Storage

  • Leftover meatloaf can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  • Freeze slices in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.

Notes
