Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef (or mix with pork/turkey) Choose your preferred meat.
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free) Use almond flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Glaze

  • garlic butter or marinara sauce Optional for added flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Parmesan, milk, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Shaping

  • Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it freehand on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Brush with garlic butter or marinara during the last 10 minutes of baking, if desired.

Resting and Serving

  • Let the loaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juiciness.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Slice before freezing for easier reheating. Avoid overmixing the meat mixture to keep it tender.
